Attorney M. Chase Swanson has devoted his entire career to the excellent representation of injured clients.  Chase is a lifelong member of the Cobb County community.  A Marietta native, Chase attended Mercer University where he studied Economics and graduated cum laude in 2007.  He then attended Mercer’s Walter F. George School of Law where he participated and served as an officer in multiple on-campus organizations before graduating in 2010.  Chase worked as a law clerk for Andrew during both summers of his law school career before joining the Law Offices of Andrew W. Jones full time in August of 2010.

Chase is active in both state and local bar associations, and is an active member of the Cobb County community.  He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, Cobb County Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.  Chase is the Secretary of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association and was elected Treasurer of the Cobb County Younger Lawyers Division from 2011 until 2012.  In 2012, Chase was a President-elect for the Cobb County Younger Lawyers Division.  Chase has served on the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association Membership Committee since 2011, and is the New Lawyers Division Co-Chair.  He is also a Younger Lawyers Division Litigation Committee member.  Chase thoroughly enjoys participating in and leading both county and state bar organizations and events.

Chase and his wife, Whitney, currently live in Kennesaw, Georgia, with their two dogs.  He enjoys playing tennis, flag football, basketball, and softball.  Chase also stays active by camping, kayaking, and sightseeing.  Since moving back to the area, Chase has become involved in multiple community outreach programs through Marietta First Baptist Church where he is a member.
