Attorney Andrew W. Jones is a respected member of the Marietta community. He holds first rate academic credentials, extensive courtroom experience, strong community ties, and is committed to successful outcomes for his clients. Andrew has experience representing clients throughout the metro Atlanta area and the entire state of Georgia.

Prior to opening his firm in November of 2006, Andrew was a founding partner of Cooper, Jones & Cooper where he represented plaintiffs in major personal injury and wrongful death cases. As both lead and co-counsel in several noteworthy jury trials, including cases against Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Wal-Mart, Georgia Pipe and Cresco Lines, he won considerable awards for his clients. Andrew successfully represented his clients in cases against Home Depot, Thomas Concrete, Allied Ready Mix, Isuzu, Daimler Chrysler, Honeywell, TRW, UPS, Georgia Pacific, Hilton Hotel Corporation, Schlotzky's, Toyota, and Lakeway Trucking, securing millions of dollars in relief.

Andrew is extremely active in both the state and Cobb County Bar associations, and has served in many leadership positions. Andrew is a past president of the Cobb County Bar Assocation, the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia, and is the current president of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association. He also served on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. Andrew is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, International Society of Barristers, American Trial Lawyers Association, and was on the Board of Governor's for the State Bar of Georgia for eleven years. In addition to those memberships, Andrew serves in many other capacities including the Civil Justice PAC and the Board of Trustees for the Cobb County Bar Association. In addition to those listed above, Andrew served on the Investigative and Review Panels of the State Disciplinary Board, the Board of Trustees for the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, as Treasurer of the Cobb County Bar Association in 1997 and 1998, and was a member of the Georgia Bar Foundation.

Attorney Andrew W. Jones has been honored in a variety of circumstances with awards for his outstanding legal leadership in Marietta and the state of Georgia. His past honors include being voted the President of the Cobb County Bar Association in 2008, President of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia in 2003, President of the Cobb County Younger Lawyers Division in 1996, and a Georgia "Rising Star" by Atlanta Magazine in 2005 and 2007. Andrew was also awarded the Ross Adams Younger Lawyer Award in 2002 and the President's Award by the Cobb County Bar Association in 1997. Andrew serves as the President of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association, has an AVVO maximum rating of 10/10: Superb, is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell, and has been voted a Georgia "Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine since 2009.

Andrew and his wife, Ashley, currently live in Marietta with their three children: Rutledge, Elinor, and Reid. Andrew is active in a number of civil and community organizations and is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Marietta.
